Who We Will Be Working With:
We will be working with Rachel Ross, founder/director of Forget Me Not Ministries. Rachel operates a child care facility focused on providing stability and nurture for neglected children by meeting their emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and social needs. FMN’s focus is on the Roma (gypsy) children in Romania, specifically in Tinca, which has one of the largest Roma villages in the country. What We'll Be Doing:Loving on the children, Rachel and her staffVBS for the Roma (gypsy) children that includes Bible lessons, skits, crafts, games and lunchMinor work projects (painting, yard work, cleaning, sorting donated items, minor construction)Delivering food packetsLearning ministry to Roma people, in order to be more informed pray-ers and encouragers.Grasp Romanian culture (sites, language, history, food)  

Why It Matters:Every child needs and deserves loveOur partnership will strengthen FMN’s presence and influence with the families in Tinca.We will play an important role in creating a safe, stable, & loving environment for the children.We will encourage, love on, and pray for Rachel and her staff, which will reinforce their call by God to share the love and hope of Jesus Christ.Our work will help make a lasting impact for the Kingdom.The experience will impact you, exposing you to what God is doing through His global church.

Accomodations:  
Participants will be staying at the Forget Me Not Ministry Katartizo Lodge which includes dorm style rooms with bathroom, large kitchen and living area, outdoor patio, beautiful gardens and nearby woods and river

Trip Leaders:  
Stephanie Varble. Has been to Romania on four trips, and led the last two years.

Cost: 
$2,400 per person which includes everything except travel and tour day expenses such as meals and souvenirs. Ask about scholarships for Northside members.

Registration: 
Registration deadline is April 1st with a deposit of $800 due with registration.
