Getting Involved in Local Missions
Operation Christmas Child
-Pack a shoebox during National Collection Week in November!
-Work the shoebox drop-off site (aka: Relay Center) during the NCW in November
-Join the OCC team and help spread the word through Church Relations, Community Relations, Prayer, Media Relations, and/or Collections
Power Ministries
-Attend HandiCamp mission trip during summer of 2009. Click here for details.
-Provide friendship and care to special needs individuals during His Time, a monthly program to bring fun activities, spiritual guidance and some much needed free time to parents and caregivers.
Christian Formation Ministries, Inc.
-volunteer to work in or outside of prison
-give a few hours a week as a mentor or life coach
One Bright Night
-Volunteer at the 2009 prom serving, washing dishes, entertaining, etc.
-Donate old prom dresses and suits
-Donate time to fundraisers
Newborn Lifeline
-Donate financial support here
-Volunteer on the call lines
